Ingredients
- ½ cup frozen berries
- 2 frozen bananas
- 250ml milk (of your choice)
- 2 tbsp rolled oats (optional)
- 30g Pure: FABA Protein
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yoghurt
- 1 tsp maple syrup or honey
