Mixed Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ½ cup frozen berries
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 250ml milk (of your choice)
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats (optional)
  • 30g Pure: FABA Protein
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey

Methods

  1. Blitz all ingredients in a blender, adding more water or milk to reach your desired consistency.
  2. Serve immediately.
