Ingredients
80g Pure: FABA Flour
20g Pure: FABA Protein
150g almond flour
1tsp bicarb of soda
3tbsp maple syrup
4tbsp coconut oil
1tsp vanilla extract
50g dark chocolate (vegan) roughly chopped
Pinch of sea salt
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Combine all of the dry ingredients in a large bowl and all of the wet ingredients in a smaller bowl (except the chocolate).
- Combine both wet and dry ingredients until the mixture begins to clump together. Fold through the chopped chocolate and use your hands to gently bring the dough together into a ball.
- Roll the dough into 8-10 even portions and arrange them on a lined baking tray. Press each one down lightly with the palm of your hand to form a round cookie shape.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until lightly golden around the edges.
- Sprinkle with sea salt as soon as they come out of the oven and let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
