High-Protein Cinnamon Doughnut Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup Pure: FABA Flour
  • ¼ cup Pure: FABA Protein
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2–3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 125 g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • Cinnamon and sugar mixture, to coat

Methods

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until combined.
  2. Roll into small doughnut-sized balls and place in an air fryer.
  3. Cook for 10–15 minutes at 180°C, or until golden brown.
  4. While warm, roll the doughnuts in a mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
  5. Serve fresh with extra raspberries or a drizzle of maple syrup.
