Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup almond flour
- ¼ cup Pure: FABA Flour
- ¼ cup Pure: FABA Protein
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2–3 tbsp maple syrup
- 125 g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- Cinnamon and sugar mixture, to coat
Methods
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until combined.
- Roll into small doughnut-sized balls and place in an air fryer.
- Cook for 10–15 minutes at 180°C, or until golden brown.
- While warm, roll the doughnuts in a mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
- Serve fresh with extra raspberries or a drizzle of maple syrup.
