Gluten-Free, High Fibre & High Protein Pizza Base

Method

  1. Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast and let it foam for 5–10 minutes.
  2. Combine Pure: FABA Flour and salt, add the yeast mixture and olive oil, and stir to form a dough.
  3. Knead for 5 minutes on a floured surface until smooth. Cover and let the dough rest for an hour.
  4. Roll out the dough to be roughly 0.5cm thick and top with your favourite pizza toppings!
  5. Cook for 20min at 180°C, or until the crust is golden.
