Ingredients
3/4 cup warm water
Pinch of caster sugar
1 tsp dried yeast
1 cup gluten-free flour
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
Method
- Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast and let it foam for 5–10 minutes.
- Combine Pure: FABA Flour and salt, add the yeast mixture and olive oil, and stir to form a dough.
- Knead for 5 minutes on a floured surface until smooth. Cover and let the dough rest for an hour.
- Roll out the dough to be roughly 0.5cm thick and top with your favourite pizza toppings!
- Cook for 20min at 180°C, or until the crust is golden.
