Ingredients
- 150 g Pure: FABA Flour
- 300g plain Greek yoghurt
- 180g gluten-free flour
- 1 tsp dried mint
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
Method
- Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl using a spatula to start then use your hands to bring it together into a dough. It should be soft and slightly sticky.
- Knead the dough briefly on a floured surface until smooth, then divide into 6-7 equal portions.
- Roll out each portion into a rough oval or circle, about 1cm thick.
- Heat a dry frying pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, cook each naan one at a time for 1–2 minutes per side, or until golden with bubbles forming.
- Serve warm, brushed with herby olive oil, garlic butter or your favourite curry.
