Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Pure: FABA Flour
- 500ml milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup plain wheat flour
- ⅓ tsp fine table salt
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
Method
- Whisk together the milk, eggs, and vanilla in a bowl or jug. Sift in the flours and salt, then whisk until smooth.
- Let the batter rest for 15-30 minutes to hydrate the flours.
- Heat a lightly greased non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Pour in a thin ladle of batter, swirl to coat the base and cook for 1-2 minutes until golden underneath. Flip and cook for another 30-60 seconds.
- Stack under a tea towel to keep warm. Serve sweet or savoury.
