Ingredients
- 2 cups thick coconut yoghurt
- 3-4 tbsp Pure: FABA Protein
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 2 fresh passionfruit, pulp only
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- ½ cup fresh strawberries, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional, depending on yoghurt sweetness)
Method
- Stir the coconut yoghurt, Pure: FABA Protein and cinnamon together until smooth. Add a little sweetener if needed.
- Spoon the mixture into ice block moulds, then add the passionfruit, strawberries and blueberries. Gently swirl to create a ripple effect or leave layered.
- Insert sticks and freeze for 5-6 hours, or until completely firm. Run the moulds under warm water for a few seconds to release before serving.
