High Protein Fruity Yoghurt Pops

Ingredients

  • 2 cups thick coconut yoghurt
  • 3-4 tbsp Pure: FABA Protein
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 2 fresh passionfruit, pulp only
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup fresh strawberries, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional, depending on yoghurt sweetness)

Method

  1. Stir the coconut yoghurt, Pure: FABA Protein and cinnamon together until smooth. Add a little sweetener if needed.
  2. Spoon the mixture into ice block moulds, then add the passionfruit, strawberries and blueberries. Gently swirl to create a ripple effect or leave layered.
  3. Insert sticks and freeze for 5-6 hours, or until completely firm. Run the moulds under warm water for a few seconds to release before serving.
