Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Pure: FABA protein blended in
- 120mls water to make ‘faba milk’
- 3 tbsp Pure: FABA protein
- 270ml light olive oil
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Method
- Blend 120mls water with 1 tbsp faba protein to make the ‘faba milk.
- Then add all remaining ingredients to the blender and blitz for 2-5 seconds until it becomes pale in colour and thick
