Gluten Free Seed Crackers

Ingredients

  • 140g Pure: FABA flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp rosemary, chopped finely
  • ¼ cup sultanas
  • ½ cup flaxseeds, sesame and pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ cup pistachios
  • 250ml oat milk
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 160°C. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Pour the mixture into a loaf tin and bake for 30 minutes.
  3. Once done, remove the loaf from the oven and allow it to cool for 20 minutes.
  4. After cooling, slice the loaf into thin crackers and arrange them on a cooling tray.
  5. Bake the slices for 10 minutes, then flip them over and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until they are crisp and golden.
  6. Let the crackers cool in the oven for a perfect crunch.
