Ingredients
- 140g Pure: FABA flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- ¾ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 tsp rosemary, chopped finely
- ¼ cup sultanas
- ½ cup flaxseeds, sesame and pumpkin seeds
- ¼ cup pistachios
- 250ml oat milk
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
Method
- Preheat your oven to 160°C. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients thoroughly.
- Pour the mixture into a loaf tin and bake for 30 minutes.
- Once done, remove the loaf from the oven and allow it to cool for 20 minutes.
- After cooling, slice the loaf into thin crackers and arrange them on a cooling tray.
- Bake the slices for 10 minutes, then flip them over and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until they are crisp and golden.
- Let the crackers cool in the oven for a perfect crunch.
