Ingredients
- 150g raw cashews
- 150g medjool dates
- 85g oats
- 2 tbsp Pure: FABA protein
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla paste
- Pinch salt
- 1 tbsp nut butter
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- 100g vegan white chocolate (to melt and drizzle on the top)
Method
- In a food processor, blend the cashews, dates, oats, faba protein, cinnamon, vanilla paste, and salt until a sticky dough forms.
- Add the nut butter and agave syrup, and pulse to combine. Add a touch of water if the mixture needs some help to form.
- Roll the mixture into 12-15 balls and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
- Melt some vegan white chocolate and drizzle it over the protein balls.
Chill the balls in the fridge for 15-20 minutes until the chocolate sets.
