Cinnamon Scroll Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 150g raw cashews
  • 150g medjool dates
  • 85g oats
  • 2 tbsp Pure: FABA protein
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • 100g vegan white chocolate (to melt and drizzle on the top)

Method

  1. In a food processor, blend the cashews, dates, oats, faba protein, cinnamon, vanilla paste, and salt until a sticky dough forms.
  2. Add the nut butter and agave syrup, and pulse to combine. Add a touch of water if the mixture needs some help to form.
  3. Roll the mixture into 12-15 balls and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
  4. Melt some vegan white chocolate and drizzle it over the protein balls.
    Chill the balls in the fridge for 15-20 minutes until the chocolate sets.
